Somatic Therapy is a holistic approach to psychotherapy that focuses on the deep connection between the mind and body. Unlike traditional talk therapy, which centers on thoughts and behaviors, somatic therapy explores how emotions and experiences are stored within the body. By tuning into physical sensations, somatic therapy can help release stored stress, tension, or trauma that may manifest as discomfort, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm.
Our bodies often store memories and emotions that our minds may not fully process, which can lead to physical symptoms. Including somatic therapy in sessions can help you connect with your body and its sensations.
Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, helping you gently explore the connection between your emotions and bodily sensations.

Not at all. There is no experience required as art therapy is about the process rather than the product of your creation. Exploring creatively is more about the feelings that you have during your journey rather than what the image looks like at the end.

The number of sessions varies depending on your unique situation and goals. Some individuals may find relief in just a few sessions, while others benefit from ongoing support. We’ll discuss your needs and tailor the frequency of sessions to your progress and comfort.
